Livestreamed classes are grouped into 3 categories: Gentle, Open, and Challenging. You can choose a class to suit your body and your mood. Class descriptions allow you to quickly see what you can expect from each class before you book or you can get in touch for more information and guidance.

Whether you’re looking for an early morning class to start your day, a short lunchtime class to get you away from your desk, or an evening class to round off your day our timetable has something for you. We are also open to suggestions of new classes you’d like to see added to the schedule!
