All of our classes are created with care and are informed by both the legacy of Joseph Pilates’ Method and by modern scientific research. Attending CPD courses and conferences and being part of a wonderful, vibrant Pilates community keeps our classes relevant for modern life. Claire is a Body Control Pilates certified teacher and an accredited HIP Pilates teacher.

Live Streamed Group Classes
Sometimes we all need a little motivation to get moving. Group classes provide you with an online community that will help motivate you and as classes are live streamed you know that you have a qualified Pilates teacher on hand to correct your form and offer encouragement. We offer a range of classes to suit your body and mood.
Bespoke Home Retreats
As we all try to find new ways to socialise and relax in these strange times why not get together with friends or family for your own personalised retreat? All in the comfort of your own home. We can help you to craft the perfect retreat with a Pilates session, some fun crafting and then a group meal that we’ll cook together.
